This policy describes how SYNERAGARD 24 SARL (“SG24”, “we”) collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to its website syneragard.com, in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily provide, notably via our contact, quote-request and application forms:
- Identity and contact details: name, company, email, phone number;
- Content of your request: service needed, message, information about your site;
- Applications: CV and professional information you send us;
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and browsing data (see our cookie policy).
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to:
- respond to your quote, information or contact requests;
- establish and manage our commercial and contractual relationships;

Your data is intended for SG24’s authorised internal departments. It is neither sold nor rented. It may be shared with technical providers (hosting) acting on our behalf, or with the authorities where the law requires it.
